License & App Usage
Faysal Hossain grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the TallyTimer app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any part of the app or our trademarks without prior written consent.
Subscriptions & In-App Billing (TallyTimer Plus)
TallyTimer offers optional premium tiers ("TallyTimer Plus") providing access to exclusive widget shapes, premium font choices, custom styling options, and unlimited event capabilities:
- Billing: Payments are processed via Google Play In-App Billing at the confirmation of purchase. Prices are clearly displayed before purchase in your local currency.
- Auto-Renewal: Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Cancellations & Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play Store > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play Refund Policies.
- Restore Purchases: You can restore your purchases across devices associated with the same Google Play account at any time via the app settings.
Service Features & Calendar Access
TallyTimer allows you to import events from your device's calendar to create countdowns. You retain full ownership of all calendar and countdown event data created within the application.
Data Backup & Responsibility
While TallyTimer includes features to export and import event backups, you are responsible for securely saving and safeguarding your backup files. Faysal Hossain is not liable for data loss caused by accidental file deletion, device formatting, or failures of third-party cloud storage.

Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at our discretion. Continued use of the Service after any updates constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.
